West Geauga High School

The West Geauga Volleyball team defeated Chardon in four sets on Thursday night at home to improve to 7-2 on the season and 4-1 in the CVC. The Wolverines took the first set in convincing fashion 26-11 before dropping the second set 25-20. West Geauga responded by winning the third and fourth set 25-20 and 25-18 to take the match over Chardon. Joelle Insana led the Wolverines with 10 kills and also had 10 digs, while Anna Grill added seven and Kelsie Fink picked up seven. Keira Schaab had 24 assists and Olivia Penzenik had 18 digs.
