West Geauga High School

The West Geauga Wrestling team finished as the District Runner up at Kenston and will have five student-athletes compete at the OHSAA State Wrestling Championships next weekend in Columbus. State Qualifiers: Caden Kaleal Brian Denamen Zander Joltin Austin Wheatley Blake Welker The five qualifiers are the most in program history for the Wolverines. Denamen, Joltin and Kaleal will be making return trips to Columbus while Welker and Wheatley head down to the State meet for the first time in their careers. The OHSAA State Wrestling Championships are hosted on the campus of The Ohio State University at The Schottenstein Center March 13-15. Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.ohsaa.org/tickets.
